Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn, an American actress. Her best-known work is her performance as Skyler White in the AMC show Breaking Bad for which she took home the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting actor in an Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. Alongside her roles as Martha Bullock and Jean Ward as well, she was a part of The Practice. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in the year 1968. The actress fell in love with acting in the Preparatory school, before moving to Ohio with her family in late 1970s. She was a student at Northwestern University to study theatre and was also a student at the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her journey with Chicago-area theaters over a number of years. She then moved on to television and film. Anna had her biggest break in 1992 when she played Arden for 29 seasons of Down the Shore. Following her appearance as a Guest In a number of TV Shows and movies, including Seinfeld and NYPD Blue in the 90's She was then cast as Jean Ward as part of The Practice. She was cast as Martha Bullock in Deadwood for two seasons in the late 2000s. In 2008 she was cast as Skyler for the show Breaking Bad. Sully and Deadwood were also in her professional career. Gunn also took to the stage in David Schwimmer's production of Sex With Strangers. The actress played a role in the audio podcast of four parts drama Numbered days, which came out in 2022. Breaking Bad is often built around Walter White's relationships with Skyler, his spouse. Skyler. The strained relationship as well as their final break-up mirror the sad end of Walter White.
