Bonnie Schneider is a CNN meteorologist, who is available on HLN, CNN, and other platforms. The TV show she hosts, LAST HOUSE REMAINING on DIY NETWORK premiered on March 30, 2012. In addition, she is an on-camera meteorologist and is co-executive director. The debut novel by Bonnie, EXTREME WEEKEND was published by Palgrave Macmillan in January 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. As a Boston-based special assignments reporter, she covered every week three times on lifestyle, entertainment as well as news. She was the weekend weather forecaster for WFOR-TV Miami prior to joining WB56. She was employed in a variety of reports and meteorology roles at News 12 Long Island - an all-day news cable channel as well as WXII-TV, the NBC affiliate station located in Winston-Salem. Her other job was as an occasional fill-in at The Saturday Early Show in New York City for CBS.
